The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.Job DescriptionNBCUniversal is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leaders within the Business Operations & Services team. The ideal candidate must be organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to the Ad Sales & Partnerships business while contributing to a collaborative and energetic team culture.Overall management of executive calendarsPrioritize communications that may include meetings, phone conversations and emails; determine through independent judgment those which require immediate attentionAssists in preparing all required presentations, meeting agendas, notes, etc. as needed. Assist in gathering and coordinating information for regular reporting needsCoordination and scheduling of meetings and events, meeting recaps, and room bookings. Coordination of travel arrangements; process and track expense & travel reimbursements. Maintain and updating contacts/distribution listsHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Maintain up-to-date and accurate filesAssist with additional special projects and other duties as requiredCreate and manage tracking documents for internal distribution and communication updatesProvide backup support to other EAs as neededPunctual, regular, and consistent attendanceQualificationsBasic Requirements:1+ years prior relevant experience, supporting Senior-Level ExecutivesExceptional communications skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skillsExpert proficiency with MS Office – Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPointAbility to successfully multi-task and meet deadlinesExcellent at problem-solving, taking initiative, and being very resourcefulDesired Characteristics:Solid organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityAbility to multi-taskPossess strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organizationProven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven media environmentHybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
