This role is supporting two Capital Markets Executives, and involves a blend of administrative, operational, and strategic support, requiring discretion, initiative, and a high level of professionalism.What You'll Do Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations; transcribe meeting minutes and manage sensitive documentation. Maintain and update databases; collect, analyze, and present data to support management reporting and decision-making. Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication. Review and distribute incoming communications, including letters and emails, with appropriate follow-up. Manage requests and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and efficient execution. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events; arrange domestic and international travel logistics. Analyze data to identify issues and recommend solutions, often in situations with limited precedent. Collaborate with teams to drive operational efficiency and process improvements. Proactively suggest enhancements to workflows and administrative practices to support team effectiveness. Strong understanding of business operations, systems, and administrative processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Strong numerical skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.
