This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, high-performing team and contribute meaningfully to the build-out of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial investment firm.  The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional judgement, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Beyond traditional EA responsibilities, this role spans office management, HR coordination, finance/admin processes, vendor management, and firm-wide operational support. The right candidate will embrace the variety, challenge, and ownership that comes with being a foundational member of a young and ambitious team. ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive executive support to the Partners, including calendar management, meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and handling of confidential informationCoordinate travel logistics, itineraries, and schedules across multiple time zonesServe as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely correspondence on behalf of the PartnersManage day-to-day office operations, including vendor coordination, office supplies, subscriptions, procurement, and general workplace logisticsOversee firm-wide administrative workflows to ensure smooth operational execution across all teamsSupport HR-related tasks such as onboarding/offboarding, record management, maintaining HR documentation, and assisting with recruiting pipelines and candidate schedulingAssist with finance and administrative processes, including invoice management, expense tracking, reimbursements, and coordinate with the firm’s accountant and service providersContribute to execution of special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiencyLead planning and logistics for firm events – including fundraising events, investor meetings and dinners, roadshows, conferences, and internal gatheringsProactively identify gaps, streamline workflows, and implement solutions to support the firm’s growth and evolving needsUphold a high standard of professionalism, organization, discretion, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environmentPosition Requirements5 - 10 years’ work experience in relevant roleExceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute with high attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills; professional presence and confidence interactive with senior stakeholdersHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential informationProactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset – comfortable “rolling up sleeves” and taking ownershipAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting prioritiesStrong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeFluency in English; additional Asian language proficiency is an advantageFor indication of interest, please send your CV to recruiting@bsqcapital.com  Working at BSQ·        Make a mark and join us in being pioneers of an industry·        Dynamic and entrepreneurial work culture with direct impact and visibility·        Chance to be a foundational team member shaping the firm’s future ·        International work environment and flat organization·        Competitive renumeration package
