About the ClientOur client is a high growth business within the financial services sector. They have a strong presence across the region and is seeking for continuous growth across the region. They are now inviting a Personal Assistant to join their team.About the RoleReporting to the CEO, we are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a high-profile executive within the business. This role requires someone who is culturally sensitive, fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English to liaise with both local and overseas stakeholders (mandarin speaking) based in China, and has prior experience managing the complex needs of high-level executives. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted gatekeeper and facilitator, ensuring that the executive’s day-to-day affairs—both business and personal—run smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain an ever-changing calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel, and personal appointmentsCoordinate international and domestic travel, including visas, accommodations, itineraries, and logisticsServe as liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholdersHandle confidential information with the utmost discretionAssist with personal errands, reservations, purchases, and event planning as neededPrepare reports, briefings, and documents in English and Mandarin ChineseProvide translation and interpretation support during meetings or written communicationsAnticipate the executive’s needs and proactively manage time and prioritiesCoordinate with household staff, drivers, and vendors as neededSupport with communications and inbox managementSkills and experience requiredProven experience as a personal or executive assistant to high-level individuals, ideally in the tech or fast-paced corporate sectorFluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken) for coordination with both local and overseas stakeholders (mandarin speaking) based in China, as well as translation workExceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detailDiscretion and confidentiality are a mustAbility to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and respond flexibly to changing demandsProficient in productivity tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, communication platforms, etc.)Willingness to occasionally travel or work non-standard hours to accommodate the executive’s scheduleIf you are interested in this opportunity and would like to explore it further, please click 'Apply Now' or contact Roy Seah via rseah@strivex.sgEA License No.: 23S2077 | EAP Registration No.: R1325424
