This individual will enable our leadership team to operate efficiently and stay focused on strategic priorities.The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned Executive Assistant who thrives in a multifaceted role supporting an executive in a fast-paced, complex environment. This person must be highly organized, bright, dynamic, proactive, and able to juggle competing priorities with a sense of urgency. The ability to context-switch seamlessly between high-touch executive support and hands-on office management is essential. This person must have a strong blend of EQ and IQ, be both assertive and open-minded, with an overall 'get things done' mentality and genuine care for employee experience.This role is based full-time in our London office.ResponsibilitiesProvide holistic ownership of executive calendar(s), managing all logistics, scheduling, travel coordination, and ensuring executives are prepared for upcoming commitments Proactively anticipate executives' needs, provide white-glove service, and act as an extension of them in daily operations and communicationsCollaborate with the CEO's Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Senior Management Team, and other EAs to manage collective executive requests and cross-functional priorities Manage the London office operations, including vendor relationships, facilities coordination, office supplies, and maintaining high operational standards Manage office and executive budgets effectively, process expense reports, and ensure alignment with allocated budgets Handle confidential information with discretion, draft communications, prepare meeting materials, and assist with ad hoc strategic projects Requirements7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives; experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously is highly preferred Highly organized and execution oriented with the ability to balance speed with effective and cut through decision making Forward thinker that operates with a healthy dose of paranoia; anticipates problems and proactively designs effective solutions around them Ability to effortlessly juggle multiple priorities and provide seamless execution Highly adaptable with the ability to navigate an ever-changing environment Excellent communicator who is comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders of all levels and able to synthesize wellDemonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment Our Company ValuesWe operate with a clear set of values that guide us — our way of being, decisions, and actions.
