And together, we can reach the remarkable day where every patient who needs us can not only survive, but thrive.If you're inspired by this vision, and feel you have the skills and experience we need to help achieve it, we'd love you to join our lifesaving team.We are looking for an PA to Directors to support our Operations Leadership Group within the Operations and Patient Services division.Title: PA to Directors - Operations & Patient ServicesSalary: £29,500 per annumContract: PermanentHours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, LondonReporting to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Leadership Group. Day to day activities for the Operations Leadership Group include, but are not limited to, diary management, ensuring meetings are organised efficiently, taking meeting minutes and actions, raising and managing purchase orders, coordinating divisional events and providing support to the Chief Operating Officer if their EA is unavailable, among other general logistical and administrative tasks.You will bring: Previous experience supporting senior leaders or directors. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with sensitive situations. Understanding of how to handle confidential information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong MS Office skills including diary and inbox management. Ability to take concise minutes and manage action logs.
