We are looking for a highly organised EA with Board Services experience to support our CEO and the General Counsel/Company Secretary. This critical role involves coordinating board meetings and ensuring compliance with governance standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Board meetings and ensure timely, accurate documentation Oversee event and meeting logistics Provide administrative support to the CEO & Executive Leadership Team Maintain information and facilitate smooth communication between leadership and the Board. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field 2+ years of experience in executive support or board administration Advanced MS Office and board management software skills Knowledge of corporate governance principles.If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to support senior leadership in an impactful role, apply today!
