This individual serves as a trusted partner to the Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer, ensuring seamless execution of daily priorities, optimizing time and focus, and acting as a liaison across internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManages complex and dynamic calendars, prioritizing meetings, travel, and strategic engagementsAnticipates needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflictsCoordinates and prepares materials for internal and external meetings, including board-level presentationsCommunication & Stakeholder EngagementServes as a gatekeeper and point of contact between the Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer and internal/external stakeholdersDrafts, edits, and manages high-level communications, reports, and correspondenceMaintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretionProject & Operational SupportTracks key initiatives and ensures timely follow-up on action itemsSupports the preparation of business reviews, commercial strategy sessions, and leadership offsitesPartners with commercial leadership team to drive alignment and execution.Travel & Expense ManagementPlans and coordinates complex domestic and international travel itinerariesProcesses expense reports and ensures compliance with corporate policiesStrategic PartnershipActs as a thought partner to the Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer, helping to manage priorities and optimize decision-makingIdentifies opportunities to improve processes and enhance executive productivitySupports special projects and confidential initiatives as neededQualifications8+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, global corporate environmentProven ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of professionalism and confidentialityExceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom), and calendar systemsExperience in commercial, sales, or marketing organizations is a plusBachelor’s degree preferredPosition is required presence in the office 5 days a week to support the Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer and the preferred location is the UPS corporate office located Sandy Springs, GA.Key CompetenciesExecutive presence and sound judgmentHigh emotional intelligence and discretionProactive, resourceful, and solutions-orientedStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to thrive in a dynamic, high-performance cultureFor Internal CandidatesThis job is a grade 10H.The last day to apply internally is October 10, 2025 @ 11:59pmEmployee TypePermanentUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.Other CriteriaUPS is an equal opportunity employer.
