Job DescriptionTriage the CEO’s inbox, draft emails, schedule meetings, and manage follow-upsCoordinate complex calendars and meetings across multiple time zonesOrganize travel and logistics for the CEO and select team membersPrepare internal and external documents, reports, and summariesMaintain dashboards and trackers for project and goal oversight using Google SheetsMonitor progress on team deliverables and ensure timely follow-throughManage receipts, expenses, and liaise with the accountant for reconciliationsHandle personal matters with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.Requirements2–3 years of experience in executive or administrative support rolesStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficient in Google Workspace and digital tracking toolsExcellent written communication and keen attention to detailProfessional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
