Timothy Armoo is a serial entrepreneur and author who built and sold Fanbytes for a multi eight-figure sum at 27.Today, he operates across multiple ventures spanning media, digital products, speaking, content, partnerships and large-scale events all powered by an audience of over 750,000 followers and a rapidly expanding personal brand. His mission is to help 1 million start business through his content, speaking and new ventures.To support this fast-moving portfolio, Tim is hiring an Executive Assistant.If you’re someone who wants a front row seat to learning how a business works and experiencing a fast paced environment, this is for you.What you'd be doing.Founder Support & Operations Management Attend meetings alongside Tim or on his behalf, ensuring actions are captured and completed.Turn new ideas, partnerships or opportunities into simple project plans with clear timelines and owners.Maintain oversight across all active projects so nothing slips between the cracks.Content, Speaking & Brand CoordinationCoordinate the operational elements of speaking engagements, book activity and brand partnerships.Work closely with organisers+ internal content teams to keep all deliverables aligned.Ensure all assets, information and logistics are prepared ahead of deadlines. Including making presentations ahead of the engagements.Multi Project CoordinationSupport daily operations across Tim’s personal brand, speaking pipeline, book promotion, digital product launches, investment meetings and more.Support on hiring the right people for our functions.Keep a structured founder dashboard that shows priorities, deadlines and status updates at a glance.What success looks like after 60 daysWe have a great system for generating speaking engagements.All major projects content, travel, speaking, partnerships and launches — run smoothly and predictably with clear project plans.We have automated as much as we can using AI. in the business giving us enormous leverage.What we want you to have done beforeUse A.I in your current workflow to help you get tasks done in the most efficient way.Worked in a startup with fewer than twenty people where things move fast and everyone has to take ownership.Dealt with many external people such as partners, suppliers, clients and organisers and communicated with them clearly by email and in meetings.Managed simple commercial tasks such as quotes, budgets, invoices or basic money decisions.Taken responsibility for small projects from start to finish and kept everything moving without being asked.Role DetailsSalary: £30,000 - £40,000 + 25% bonusLocation: London + in person at least 3 times a weekPerks - International Travel Paid for/ Unlimited Learning BudgetTravel: Domestic and internationalHours: Full-time with flexibility during busy periodsRight to Work: Must have right to work in the UKHow to apply.
