LHH is currently partnering with a non profit organization located in Washington, DC to find an experienced Executive Assistant to support 3 executives. This is a temporary position, expected to start as soon as possible, with a duration through March 2026 with the potential to extend. We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented professional with a proven track record supporting senior leadership in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.Position Details:Job Title: Executive AssistantLocation: Hybrid (Monday & Friday remote) Start Date: ASAPPay Range: $25-$30 per hourKey Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to a C-suite executive, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordinationManage email correspondence and ensure timely responses on behalf of the executivePrepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action itemsCoordinate internal and external communications and liaise with key stakeholdersHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismAssist with special projects and other duties as neededQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting C-level executivesStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritizeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience in nonprofit environments is a plusReliable, proactive, and able to work independentlyBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
