Tasks and duties of the role can be taught, but being a positive and driven individual who is eager to dive into new experiences is something that cannot be trained.RESPONSIBILITIESManagement of the executive's calendar Compiling monthly expenses and receipts on behalf of the executivesSupporting the Executives' advisory teams and their client relationships to ensure delivery of consistent, high-integrity service aligned with Ocean 6’s planning tiers and operational standards.Delivering a high-end, white glove service to our customers, partners, team members, and our officeMaintaining a meticulous office environment for the team and visitors Handle travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)Receiving and screening phone calls, greeting visitors, preparing meeting rooms, and handling shippingContributing & improving our company culture by planning and executing team events and celebrations (anniversaries/birthdays/retreats)Maintain and organize confidential client records and files in our CRMOrder supplies, manage vendor relationships, and help maintain a consistent office environmentAnticipate needs based on the executive’s habits and preferencesOther relevant or related responsibilities as required by Ocean 6QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 3+ years of experience as a senior-level Executive Assistant supporting a high-performance founder or C-suite executive.Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven ability to anticipate needs, eliminate friction, and confidently handle complex, high-stakes decisions independently.Fast learner with strong business acumen and a proactive drive to understand Ocean 6’s business model, client journey, and operational interdependencies.Comfortable working with a high-intensity, visionary leader; able to hold boundaries, deliver feedback, and manage up with confidence and clarity.Highly organized and systems-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and create calm in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.OUR VALUESEmbracing InnovationWe're always actively seeking and integrating new ideas.
