This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you’ll gain exposure to key business operations, work closely with senior leadership, and help improve processes across the company. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and excited about building systems and processes that impact the entire organization.Role and Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence.Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mailManage office supplies and office snacks inventory, and place orders as necessaryAct as a primary point of contact for business vendors, including maintaining existing relationships and establishing new vendor relationshipsAct as the internal HR contact for employees by answering questions about our policies, payroll and benefitsManage HR processes including payroll, onboarding and offboarding, benefits plan administration, leaves of absence, culture building, and other HR-related administrationPerform administrative errands and take on ad hoc and special projects when needed, leveraging your experience and resourcefulness to address any upcoming operations issues you identifyGreat candidates will have:3+ years of experience in office management, operations coordination, executive assistance, or a similar roleFull proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDynamic, energetic personality with a passion for technology with start-up experience being a plusAbility to balance competing priorities and manage multiple processes simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and adapt to constantly changing needsStrong time management, multitasking, and organizational skillsAbout the Borderless AI team:We're an early stage company and we love to collaborate in person 5 days a week in our Toronto HQ.We offer a healthy benefits & perks package, including free lunch everyday.Customers are the heart of our business, we're obsessed with our customers, and that drives the bulk of our decisions.Big challenges don’t scare us.
