The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth execution of strategic and day-to-day responsibilities across multiple clients and business initiatives.This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage complex workflows, and strong communication and judgment in representing executive leadership both internally and externally. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US-based company—fully remote.What You'll DoInbox & Communication Management – Oversee multiple inboxes, triaging messages, prioritizing responses, and flagging urgent requests. Draft and edit professional communications, ensuring clarity and brand alignment.Meeting Coordination & Follow-Up – Schedule, prepare agendas, take comprehensive notes, and lead follow-ups for all meetings. Ensure all action items are tracked, assigned, and completed on time.Calendar & Time Management – Proactively manage calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones. Anticipate scheduling needs, conflicts, and travel logistics.Task Coordination & Prioritization – Manage and organize multiple concurrent projects, client initiatives, and deliverables. Track progress and communicate deadlines or bottlenecks to ensure seamless execution.Client Support & Liaison – Act as a point of contact for client communications on behalf of the CEO. Prepare follow-ups, summarize discussions, and maintain professionalism and discretion in all interactions.Reporting & Documentation – Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to assist in building reports, presentations, and executive summaries. Maintain accurate data and presentation files for internal and client use.Information & File Management – Maintain structured file systems (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive) to ensure documents, contracts, and meeting materials are properly organized and easily retrievable.Confidentiality & Professional Judgment – Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity, maintaining the highest standards of discretion.Operational Efficiency – Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve communication systems, and enhance overall executive efficiency.What You NeedStrong written and verbal communication skills; able to write professionally and summarize complex information clearly.Exceptional organization and follow-through abilities, with attention to detail.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Proactive problem-solving and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.Comfortable managing information across multiple systems and communication channels.High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.Salary & PerksCompetitive SalaryThis is a full-time, long-term position.The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.Work from home.Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.Additional perks.The next step will take you to an application form that requires you to answer some questions and upload your resume in English.
