Join us to expand your horizons, be inspired, face challenges, and most importantly, be yourself.As an Executive Assistant to the CEO some of your responsibilities will include:Executive Support & Time Management Act as a trusted advisor and manage the CEO’s priorities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives Proactively manage and optimize the CEO’s time by prioritizing requests, controlling access, and coordinating commitments Extensive calendar management across multiple time zones, including scheduling high-level meetings and anticipating conflicts Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up actions for all CEO engagements Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables Travel & Logistics Coordinate extensive global travel, including complex itineraries, visa arrangements, and contingency planning Ensure seamless execution of travel plans, including accommodation, ground transport, and meeting schedules Manage last-minute changes and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruption Governance & Compliance Manage Board and Committee meetings end-to-end: scheduling, agenda preparation, document collation, and minute-taking Maintain governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards Liaise with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure timely submission of reports and documentation Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships locally and across global offices to facilitate collaboration and information flow Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication Represent the CEO professionally in all interactions, maintaining confidentiality and discretion Operational & Strategic Support Support CEO-driven projects and initiatives, including research, reporting, and execution tracking Identify process improvements and implement efficiencies to reduce operational burden on the CEO Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and strategic documents for internal and external audiences
