Executive Operations Assistant to Managing Director

We are hiring an Executive Operations Assistant to support the Managing Director across administrative, operational, digital, and organisational responsibilities. This is a high-trust, long-term role for someone who works with intelligence, maturity, and precision.The ideal candidate has a background in IT, MIS, computer science, engineering, or technical fields, excellent written English, and strong comfort with digital tools and modern AI platforms. You must be able to use AI productively, but also verify and question outputs with clear reasoning.Key Responsibilities:• Calendar, scheduling, communication & travel• Drafting emails, letters, reports, structured documents• Vendor follow-up, coordination with internal departments• Preparing RFQs, comparisons, trackers, and organised files• Using AI tools (ChatGPT etc.) to generate drafts, summaries, lists• Verifying accuracy of all AI-generated information• Updating digital dashboards (Notion, Excel, shared drives)• Handling confidential documents with complete discretionRequirements:• Degree in IT / MIS / CS / Engineering (strongly preferred)• 5–10 years UAE experience in admin/executive support• 3+ years supporting senior management• Excellent English writing and communication skills• High organisational ability and analytical thinking• Proven long-term stability (3–5+ years in previous roles)• Ability to work independently with maturity and confidentialityTo apply, send your CV with a brief note explaining:“A situation where you verified or questioned information instead of accepting it at face value.”
