As a core member of the team, you’ll be responsible for managing the CEO’s day-to-day priorities: from inbox and calendar management to stakeholder communications and strategic planning logistics. This is a mission-critical role for someone who thrives on structure, is energized by helping others succeed, and operates with discretion, urgency, and sound judgment.ResponsibilitiesInbox & Communications ManagementManage, triage, and respond to a high-volume email inboxCategorize and assign emails into actionable tasks (e.g., Urgent, Delegate, Awaiting Reply, FYI)Track and follow up on key communications, decisions, and deadlinesCalendar & Meeting CoordinationOwn and optimize the CEO’s daily and weekly calendarSchedule internal and external meetings based on shifting prioritiesBuild in focus blocks to protect time for deep workMonitor for conflicts and realign the calendar proactively as priorities shiftStrategic Support & Special ProjectsPrepare documents, talking points, and light research when neededTake on CEO’s administrative dutiesLiaise cross-functionally on behalf of the CEO to ensure continuity and follow-throughSupport high-priority initiatives and fast-moving projectsBoard, Investor & External Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate logistics and materials for board meetingsSupport the preparation of decks and financial updates for investorsManage communications and follow-ups with key external stakeholdersOperations & Workflow OptimizationBuild and maintain lightweight systems to track tasks, priorities, and deadlinesConfidential & Personal AssistanceHandle sensitive business and personal matters with discretion and sound judgmentMaintain strict confidentiality across all mattersWhat You'll Bring3-5+ years of experience in a corporate environmentStrong organizational and time-management skills; thrives under pressureOutstanding written and verbal communication abilitiesProactive mindset with a “no task too small” attitudeExperience managing multiple complex workflows simultaneouslyHigh integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligenceProficiency with productivity and project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Excel etc.)NYC-based with ability to work in-person at least 4x/weekWhat We OfferA high impact role in a mission driven fintech with global reachA supportive, collaborative team culture that values ownership and initiativeCompetitive benefits, including generous annual leave, comprehensive healthcare, flexible work, and wellness perks including sauna, gym, cold plunge, and pickleball courtRoom to grow: personally, professionally, and with the companyPay range and compensation packageSalary range for this position: $75,000 to $105,000 per year.
