From transforming primary care through digital health to creating vibrant recreational and community experiences, we are driven by innovation, impact, and excellence.We’re now seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to partner directly with our Founder & Director — a dynamic entrepreneur leading multiple fast-moving projects.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for an Executive Assistant to the Founder & Director at the OASIS Group of Companies. The role is based in the Greater Melbourne Area and includes a range of responsibilities such as providing comprehensive executive and administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, and handling sensitive and confidential information. The Executive Assistant acts as a key partner to the Founder & Director, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.QualificationsExpertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support to manage calendars, meetings, and other executive-level tasks efficiently.Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports with a keen eye for accuracy and compliance.Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and professional interactions.Experience in Administrative Assistance, including organizing office functions, maintaining records, and handling confidential information with discretion.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.Ability to work on-site in the Greater Melbourne Area with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Prior experience in a similar support role is advantageous but not mandatory; a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn are highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate the Founder’s daily schedule, appointments, and correspondence.Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on strategic projects and milestones.Prepare meeting briefs, minutes, and follow-up actions.Liaise with internal teams, partners, consultants, and external stakeholders.Support preparation of presentations, documents, and reports.Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.Contribute to streamlining workflows, systems, and communication efficiency.About You:You’re an adaptable, detail-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
