We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team who shares our vision of building a sustainable and profitable major Australian gold business.Westgold Resources is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our dynamic Resourcing Team at our centrally located Perth Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a leading Western Australian gold producer and play a key role in delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for our workforce.Reporting to the Senior Resourcing Specialist, you will provide critical administrative and coordination support across the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, ensuring smooth processes and a positive candidate experience.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesYour duties will include, but are not limited to:Act as the first point of contact for new employees during onboarding, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements relating to Talent Acquisition activities.Support People Leaders through recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.Monitor and manage the Resourcing Team inbox and phone calls, providing prompt and professional responses.Coordinate pre-employment checks, medical bookings, and onboarding documentation.Manage invoicing and purchase orders in Pronto.Collaborate closely with the Resourcing Team and broader People team to ensure seamless recruitment workflows.Key CriteriaTo Succeed In This Role, You Will DemonstratePrevious experience in recruitment administration, onboarding, or HR support.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.High attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation and processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems.Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to identify and implement process improvements.Understanding of global mobility or expatriate processes (desirable).Experience with HRIS or recruitment systems (highly regarded).The Westgold OfferA Range Of Benefits IncludingA permanent full-time position at a successful gold producerPerformance based bonusGroup salary continuous insuranceA health and wellness allowanceHealth insurance discountA range of Family and Medical leave policies that includes IVF, surrogacy and adoption.Referral Bonus - bring your mates along!5 years' pro rata long service leaveSalary sacrifice optionsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) that include free confidential counselling, wellbeing services that includes financial advice.Our full list of benefits and why we are recognised as an Endorsed Employer for Women by Work 180 can be seen on the Work180 website.Westgold is driven by our core values of Show Respect, Choose Safety and Deliver Value.
