Job Description
We’re a small, high-performing hedge fund managing managing ~$365 million in AUM across global markets and trading billions in weekly volume. We run lean, move fast, think independently, and play the game at a high level — a small fish in the pond, but one that swims with sharks. We’re looking for someone who thrives in high-stakes environments, someone sharp and reliable. This isn’t your typical CoS job. You’ll be the firm’s right hand, helping keep the entire operation running at full speed. What you'll doBe the heartbeat of the firm. Own the CIOs schedules, calls, meetings, and daily flow. Keep everything running with precision and zero chaos.Prep and join investor conversations. Help organize and sit in on investor and company calls, track next steps, and prepare materials, recaps, and reports.Build relationships at the top. Coordinate directly with Fortune 500 executives, founders, and institutional investors, representing the fund with professionalism and confidence.Keep the information engine organized. Maintain fund documents, set up CRM records where needed, manage investor/LP communications, and keep key data/metrics up to date.Drive key initiatives. Assist with fundraising, research, event coordination, and special projects that move the firm forward.Stay one step ahead. Anticipate needs, manage travel and logistics, handle sensitive documents, and keep operations running smoothly across service providers and partners.Bring order and calm to a fast environment. You’ll be the person who sees problems before they happen and keeps the entire team aligned, informed, and efficient. What you bringEducation. Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Business, or Communications a plus). No finance background required. We’ll teach you what you need to know, what matters most is your attitude, work ethic, and ability to learn fast.Strong communication and people skills. You know how to talk to anyone, from Fortune 500 executives to prosepctive investors, with clarity and confidence.Natural organization instincts. You’re the type who can juggle ten moving parts and still make it look effortless.A proactive, problem-solving mindset. You don’t wait to be told what’s next — you see what needs to get done and make it happen.Professionalism with personality. You’re polished, reliable, and discreet — but still bring humor, curiosity, and good energy to the team.Comfort in fast-paced environments. You like structure, but you also thrive when things move quickly.Customer-facing or service experience is a plus. Whether from hospitality, operations, or client service — if you know how to handle people and pressure, you’ll fit right in.The vibe. We take markets seriously, but not ourselves. We like people who are sharp, funny, have a sense of humor and are equally reliable. If you want a front-row seat to how funds really work and grow (not filtered through corporate layers) then this is for you.Why this roleYou’ll learn more here in six months than in two years elsewhere. You’ll be in rooms (and on calls) with CEOs, investors, and top-tier operators. You’ll see how a hedge fund runs from the inside. Trading, strategy, fund operations, capital, and investor relations.Tight-knit, ambitious, no-BS culture; small team, big energy, and real exposure.Competitive compensation, performance-based bonus, and potential to grow as the firm scales.Pay transparency The base pay range for this position is $100,000 – $150,000 USD per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.*Actual compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors including candidate experience, skills, and fit with the role.
