The hotel's unique location alongside Media Production City studios provides guests with a blend of fantasy and tradition, creating a memorable experience.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Housekeeper/Director of Housekeeping to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality standardsManage and mentor a large team of housekeeping staff, including supervisors and room attendantsCreate and oversee departmental budgets, including labor costs and suppliesCoordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesConduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and presentation standardsImplement and monitor health and safety protocolsManage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipmentAnalyze performance metrics and implement improvementsHandle guest complaints and feedback related to housekeeping servicesStay updated on industry trends and implement innovative housekeeping practicesEnsure compliance with local regulations and environmental sustainability practicesQualificationsProven experience (5+ years) in housekeeping management, preferably in luxury hotels or resortsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in budgeting and financial managementIn-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipmentExperience with hospitality management softwareStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysCertified Executive Housekeeper certification or equivalent (preferred)Thorough understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practicesKnowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the hospitality sectorCommitment to delivering exceptional guest experiencesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
