Lead the end-to-end coordination of Board and ExCo meeting materials by collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders. Ensure the timely delivery of accurate, comprehensive, and high-quality presentation packs, including the maintenance of company-wide performance dashboards and scorecards.Maintain a robust tracking system for follow-up actions and deadlines arising from executive meetings, ensuring accountability and timely execution across teams. Act as the primary liaison for ad-hoc requests from the CEO, efficiently triaging and directing inquiries to the appropriate team leads or departments to ensure swift and effective resolutionJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Possesses 5–8 years of experience providing high-level support to senior executives, including CEO and ExCo members, with a strong background in PMO administration and governance coordination.Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain and orchestrate structured workflows, and deliver outcomes under tight deadlines.Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information and executive communications.A proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across diverse functions and leadership levels.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and data integrity.
