We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive business, lifestyle, travel, and household logistics support to a busy CEO.This is a high-touch role requiring exceptional organizational skill, judgement, and service intuition. The successful candidate will act as the single point of contact, ensuring every detail of the principal's professional and personal life operates with precision, discretion, and a true concierge standard of excellence.RequirementsLifestyle & Travel CoordinationPlan and manage all private and commercial travel, including detailed itineraries, visas, security, and ground logisticsArrange accommodation, transport, restaurant, and event bookings to five-star or concierge standardsMaintain trusted relationships with premium travel partners, airlines, hotels, and concierge networksEnsure all arrangements are executed smoothly, with contingency planning and minimal disruptionHousehold & Vendor ManagementLiaise with household staff, contractors, and service providers across multiple locationsOversee property operations, maintenance, repairs, and routine servicesManage and renew vendor relationships including insurance, utilities, drivers, and household accountsSource and coordinate premium service providers (chefs, stylists, wellness practitioners, etc.) as neededPersonal AdministrationMaintain complex calendars and scheduling across time zonesManage documentation, renewals, and private appointmentsCoordinate with professional contacts including medical, legal, and financial advisorsOperational OversightProactively identify and resolve issues before they escalateOversee special projects, purchases, and logistics from concept to completionMaintain structured systems for documentation, budgets, and paymentsConcierge & Guest ServicesDeliver white-glove service for all principal and guest experiencesAnticipate preferences and special requests, ensuring a seamless experience at all timesCurate itineraries, dining, cultural, and leisure experiences with refined taste and attention to detailDiscretion & CommunicationServe as the trusted liaison between the principal and all external partiesExercise impeccable discretion, judgment, and confidentiality in all mattersCandidate ProfileMinimum 7 years' experience supporting UHNW individuals, executives, or family officesPrior experience in concierge, luxury hospitality, or lifestyle management settingsProven ability to coordinate across travel, property, and personal domains simultaneouslyHigh emotional intelligence, service orientation, and professional discretionExceptional communication, organization, and follow-throughFluent, flawless English (additional languages advantageous)Flexible availability across time zones and for occasional travelExcellent computer and tech proficiencyPreferred backgrounds: Executive/Private PA, Lifestyle Manager, Estate/Household Coordinator, or Senior Concierge Professional.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and advancementExposure to a dynamic and fast-paced working environmentSupportive team culture with a focus on employee well-beingAccess to unique experiences and travel opportunitiesJoin us in providing exceptional service and support to our CEO, and contribute to an organization that values excellence and dedication.
