Job Description

ResponsibilitiesThis position is for SMU Academy (SMUA).Facilitating seamless operations of Academy courses through catering, logistical and administrative support.Support the management and deployment of 150 SMU Student Assistants to provide course support and administrative support to trainers and learners.Managing both face-to-face and online courses, ensuring their effective administration.Occasionally need to support programmes that are conducted outside normal office hours. Flexible off days will be compensated for such work deployment.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsDegree or Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience.Service-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.Self-driven, adaptable, and resourceful in navigating changes.A keen interest in process improvement and efficiency.Preferred experience in training, administration, or course coordination.Other InformationCandidates who do not possess the stipulated qualifications but have relevant work experience may still apply. Remuneration and appointment terms shall commensurate with qualifications and experience. SMU reserves the right to modify the appointment terms where necessary.
