That's why we foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous development – empowering our team members to grow personally and professionally.Position OverviewThe Sustainability & Permitting Manager develops and executes the projects sustainability strategy in alignment with corporate ESG goals and regulatory requirements. This role leads permitting activities and ensures timely approval of all necessary environmental, construction, and operational licenses. It conducts sustainability assessments, energy efficiency reviews, and carbon reduction planning to support project and corporate commitments. The position also collaborates extensively with government agencies, consultants, and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sustainability strategies and ESG initiatives. Lead permitting processes with authorities and environmental consultants.Conduct sustainability assessments, audits, and carbon footprint studies.Track compliance with environmental, construction, and operational regulations.Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for permit submissions. Support sustainability reporting and ESG performance tracking. Ensure the project meets corporate sustainability goals and deadlines. Required QualificationsDegree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or related field. 5-10 years experience in sustainability, permitting, or environmental roles.Strong knowledge of Singapore environmental and regulatory frameworks.Experience managing external agencies and consultants.Strong communication and documentation skills.
