Porsche Asia Pacific supports the operation of importers and dealers in 13 countries: Brunei, Cambodia, French Polynesia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, New Caledonia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam.TasksSupport business processes between Porsche Asia Pacific, its importers and Porsche AGSupport in ensuring compliance with internal control policies, procedures and accounting standardsSupport the accounts payable and receivable processSupport in financial and tax related reportingAssist in process update, system implementation and improvement for Finance departmentAssist in the preparation of monthly GL closing (using SAP) and management reportsAssist in the preparation of billing documentsSupport in procurement tender process and monthly reportingRequirementsUndergraduate in Business Administration, Accountancy or any other relevant studiesPast internship experience preferredFluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeOpen-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independentlyTeam oriented working attitude and intercultural understandingNext Opening: June 2026Duration: 6 months
