The Executive Services Officer will ensure the efficient management of the school's timetable, daily supervisions, and other key administrative functions.Key Responsibilities IncludeProviding confidential executive and administrative support to the Principal, including preparing reports, correspondence, and managing financial and procurement tasks.Organising the Principal's schedule, including diary management, correspondence prioritisation, and meeting coordination.Coordinating daily supervisions, including scheduling replacement staff and managing room changes.Maintaining and updating the school timetable in systems such as OneSchool and DayMap, ensuring compliance with departmental requirements.Supporting the organisation of key events, including parent-teacher interviews, immunisations, and staff leave replacements.This role would suit a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a proactive approach to supporting school operations and leadership teams.About YouThe following traits would be beneficial:Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and school management systems such as OneSchool or DayMap.Experience in providing high-level executive and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders.Why Join UsAt Pacific Pines State High School, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for students and staff alike.
