Matribhumi Group is looking for Executive/ Sr. Executive- Marketing & SalesJob Description / ResponsibilityJob summary:We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication and sales skills who will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate and/or other business products or services.Job Responsibilities:Promote and sell company products/projects to potential customersVisit prospective clients and explain the company offeringsManage inquiries through calls, messages, and in-person visitsAssist in organizing sales trainingMaintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfactionPrepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reportsConduct market research to understand customer trends and competitor activitiesParticipate in promotional activities both online and offlineCoordinating project visits with clientRepresent the company professionally at all timesEducational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.(MBA will be considered an advantage)Experience Requirements1 to 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Real EstateFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Additional RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and convincing abilityGoal-oriented and highly motivatedBasic knowledge of digital marketing is a plusJob LocationDhaka (Naya Paltan)
