Position: Field Marketing SpecialistLocation: Dhaka, BangladeshCompany: Bezpoke BangladeshIndustry: Interior Design, Furniture, Building MaterialsEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: 3+ years Bezpoke is a premium lifestyle brand specializing in imported Italian and Chinese flooring, luxury bathroom fittings, modular kitchens, wardrobes, lighting, high-end furniture, and custom design services.About the Role:Bezpoke is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to execute door-to-door and location-based marketing campaigns targeting architects, developers, businesses, and individual homeowners. This role is focused on generating quality leads for the showroom and sales team through proactive engagement and relationship building.Responsibilities:·       Visit assigned areas daily to distribute brochures, explain services, and collect interest data.·       Build rapport with building managers, architecture firms, and contractors.·       Submit daily visit and lead report to the marketing manager.·       Represent the brand during outdoor activations, pop-ups, and exhibitions.·       Gather competitor marketing intelligence during field visits.·       Support showroom events and promotions with outdoor awareness campaigns. Experience: ·       Experience in field sales or field marketing is preferred.·       Confident communication skills in both Bangla and English.·       Strong knowledge of Dhaka zones and target markets.·       Good personal grooming and ability to communicate brand values professionally. Additional Requirements 3–5 years experience in interiors, furniture, or luxury retailMinimum HSC or equivalent.
