Progressive Byte Ltd. is a growing software and digital solutions agency specializing in custom software, WordPress plugins, Shopify apps, and web development services.We’re expanding our marketing team to strengthen our global outreach and bring in new clients from the USA, Europe, and Australia.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬•⁠ ⁠Research and identify potential clients for WordPress plugins, Shopify apps, and software development services.•⁠ ⁠Plan and execute cold email marketing campaigns targeting international markets.•⁠ ⁠Write personalized and persuasive outreach emails that drive responses.•⁠ ⁠Manage email sequences, track open rates, and optimize for conversions.•⁠ ⁠Use AI tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms to streamline outreach.•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the business development team to qualify leads and schedule meetings.•⁠ ⁠Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accurate tracking of communication.•⁠ ⁠Analyze campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬•⁠ ⁠3-5 years of experience in email marketing, lead generation, or B2B client acquisition.•⁠ ⁠Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.•⁠ ⁠Understanding of WordPress, Shopify, SaaS, or digital service industries.•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Apollo.io, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.) for outreach and research.•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) and email warm-up tools.•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and list building.•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and reporting skills.•⁠ ⁠Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Employment Details•⁠ ⁠Type: Full-time (On-site)•⁠ ⁠Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM•⁠ ⁠Location: Progressive Byte Ltd.
