Exp Matls Planner Coordinator

Job DescriptionAs an Exp Matls Planner Coordinator here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be leading globally across the supply chain network to deploy the Solstice Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption across your network.In this role, you will ensure the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize the labor and machine resources whilst achieving the business goals for cost control, productivity, and working capital. You will lead the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your network of sites, and ensure finished goods production plans align with the site and network Supply Plans, in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage the planning and procurement of materials to support production schedules and customer demandsCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the availability of materials and optimize material flowMaintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excessesIdentify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to materials planning and procurementImplement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of material planning and procurementQualificationsYOU MUST HAVEExperience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment0+ years of project management experienceWE VALUEBachelor’s DegreeExperience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics and ManufacturingExpert in material control systems such as MRP/SAP systemsAPICS or CPIM CertificationStrong project management and problem-solving skillsLead and solve complex organizational problemsAbility to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organizationExpertise on leading/driving change, and mentor for new leaders or peersExpertise across professional disciplines within the material management functionAbout UsAbout Solstice Advanced MaterialsSolstice Advanced Materials is a leading global specialty materials company that advances science for smarter outcomes.
