Network Planning Lead (SPX Express)

About The TeamJob Description:Lead team to develop framework to conduct analysis and initiate new ideas to optimize SPX network across all miles on cost, speed and capacity (e.g. determine numbers and locations of Sortation centers and Regional centers)Design end-to-end order flow to facilitate growth, cost optimization and SLA improvement initiativesResponsible for SPX network configuration in in-house system to setup and revise middle-mile routing and sorting plan, propose feasible solutions and potential impacts to all-mile operationsWork closely with operations and local product to troubleshoot operational issues related to order path and network routingCoordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to propose, align and finalize key business direction Serve as a SWAT team during critical moments in the middle-mile network route configurationRequirementsBachelor or Master Degree in any fields - bachelor in Logistic engineering, Logistics Supply Chains ManagementAt least 5-7 years of experience in operations strategy, business development, logistics is a plusHands-on experience in express delivery industry is an advantageProven leadership abilities and strong people management skillsExcellent analytical thinking with a proactive approach to initiating solutionsStrong logical reasoning and effective problem-solving capabilitiesAble to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English
