About The TeamJob Description:Manage and coordinate all Case and Issue resolution. Provide direct support for Rework and Return processes at SOCE, intervening proactively in case of issues or assistance is needed. Monitor operational issues and track performance metrics. Prepare reports and perform data analysis on operational findings.RequirementsGood communication to other team Analytical ability - critical and logical thinking and optimization.
