YOUR MISSIONTL;DRWe are looking for an entrepreneurial native Swedish speaker to support Aampere’s GTM. Working from Sweden, you are not just an intern but our local scout, sales rep, and operations builder. You work directly with the founders to validate the market and acquire our first Swedish sellers. And honestly: when else do you get the chance to drive the expansion of a fast-growing startup into an entirely new country?Join our on-the-ground launch sprint in February in Sweden: Be part of a two-week intensive expansion sprint on site in Sweden together with us. You’ll help prepare, execute, and follow up on all launch activities, including customer conversations, operational setup, market validation and process building.Be our "Boots on the Ground": You are the first touchpoint for private sellers in Sweden. You don’t just execute sales scripts; you test outreach channels, iterate on messaging, and validate what truly drives conversion in the local market.Drive Market Research & Validation: You go beyond desktop research. You deeply analyze the competitive landscape, understand pricing dynamics, and pinpoint exactly what Swedish EV owners expect from a modern selling service.Create the Strategic Feedback Loop: You act as the voice of the Swedish customer within our German-HQ. You proactively share insights to adapt our product specifically for Swedish needs.Localize, don’t just Translate: You ensure Aampere feels like a local player. You adapt our content and communication style to resonate with the Swedish mentality - focusing on trust, transparency, and sustainability.INSPIRE US BYLanguage Skills: You are a native/fluent Swedish speaker and fully proficient in English (our company language).Communication & Sales Affinity: You have strong communication skills and a customer-centered mindset. You aren’t afraid to pick up the phone, you build trust quickly with private sellers and navigate customer objections with ease.Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are comfortable with uncertainty - in a new market, not every process is written down yet. You see problems as challenges to solve, not blockers.Relevant Experience: Ideally you have prior internship experience in a startup, B2C sales, or the automotive industry.Ownership-Ready & Independent: Based in Sweden (or able to work remotely from Sweden), you are disciplined, self-organized, and capable of taking full ownership of your workstreams without constant supervision.Availability: You are available for at least 3 months starting January/February 2026.WHY AAMPERE?Electrify the World: Join a dynamic startup environment where you make a tangible difference every day.
