Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of expense management activities. You are the subject- matter expert who understands what best suits the company—identifying the right technologies, process frameworks, and organizational models that drive compliance, efficiency, and competitive advantage.Act as a trusted advisor to process leads, Global Process Owners (GPOs), and support teams—recommending the best-fit strategies to meet both individual targets and collective objectives across the process and operational teams.Drive structured thinking, use data-driven insights, and facilitate convincing discussions that help align stakeholders and push initiatives forward.Lead complex discussions and workshops with clarity and confidence, always aiming to simplify, harmonize, and digitalize processes for greater impact.Lead the design, enhancement, and development of the company’s core expense management model—ensuring it remains scalable, integrated, and adaptable to future needs.Be accountable for ensuring that expense management practices are harmonized, efficient, and aligned with best practices—while meeting company goals and statutory requirementsBe the go-to person for audits within your scope—monitoring compliance, managing follow-ups, and ensuring timely resolution of findings.Actively network and benchmark with internal and external partners to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously enrich Engie’s practices.Co-define relevant metrics and performance indicators. Leverage these to measure success, monitor improvements, and refine your scope continuously.Share accountability for the full lifecycle—ensuring continuous alignment between process performance, technology enablers, and organizational readiness.Change management is not a secret for you – you understand pain points & translate them into opportunitiesSupport the deployment and ongoing improvement of the Concur expense management system Assist in maintaining expense policies and ensuring alignment with global and local requirementsTrack, monitor, and follow up on open design, configuration, and testing items related to the expense process Help coordinate meetings, prepare materials (agendas, minutes, tracking logs), and follow up on action items Animate the community of counterparts in entities having implemented SAP ConcurCollect and consolidate business feedback on workflow gaps, exception requests, and reporting needs Contribute to data collection and ad-hoc reportingsLiaise with local and global IT teams, internal control, HR and finance line, to report system issues or change requests Participate in testing activities and help coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)Provide administrative support on documentation, reporting templates, and training contentThis role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and finance teams within entities to ensure the smooth implementation and adherence to expense policies, tools, and workflows.Qualifications & RequirementsUniversity degree preferable in Finance (accounting) or similarAcumen in IT / software’s is appreciatedExperience on PMO / Project management Advanced knowledge of MS office.GBS environment understanding Understanding of change management / adoptionFamiliar with expense management tools, or with SAP Concur, is a strong plus+3-5 years minimum in related positions across expense management or / & project management & / or financeComfortable working with international and cross-functional teamsAble to tailor approach / way of working based on audienceAbility to communicate to a large audience & tailor communication materials Strong capability of follow ups on tasks & influencingYou are a strong problem solver!Genuine enthusiasm when it comes to harmonize, digitalize, seek for efficiency & constructive challenge of expense management processes, tools & organizations in an GBS environment, looking deep and asking why – many times … until no stone is left unturnedCollaborative thinking to find a solutionExcellent organizational and follow-up skills, eager to learn
