Experienced Formulation Chemist,About the role,As a Formulation Chemist, you will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of pharmaceutical formulations across various dosage forms. Your tasks will range from hands-on lab work such as blending, granulation, and tableting to designing experiments, interpreting data, and documenting your work according to GMP standards. You will closely collaborate with analytical chemists, QA, and project managers to ensure that each formulation is robust, stable, and fit for purpose. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, each with its own technical and scientific challenges. You are a scientist with a hands-on mindset and a strong background in formulation development. You thrive in a dynamic environment where scientific curiosity and practical problem-solving go hand in hand. You are comfortable developing formulations for a variety of dosage forms, and you understand the regulatory and quality aspects that guide pharmaceutical development. Preferably you have experience working in a GMP or regulated setting. You are proactive, communicative, and eager to contribute to a growing, collaborative teamBesides a positive and hand-on mentality, you also have:·       a BSc, MSc, or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field·       hands-on experience in drug formulation, ideally in a pharmaceutical or CRO/CDMO setting.·       You can design and perform experiments independently, and critically interpret the results·       Understands the link between formulation, manufacturability, and stability·       Documents clearly and works precisely, with an eye for both detail and timelinesWhat we offer!
