We believe that people are the engine of change and the instigator of innovation.ProCredit Bank Bulgaria is looking to hire an employee for the position of Expert Problematic Receivables.Responsibilities:Manages and monitors the bank’s credit portfolio consisting of non-performing clients by applying effective strategies to recover the loans into performing exposures, while documenting all proposals and management actionsParticipates in negotiations with bank clients with overdue loans, aiming to find the most balanced solution for restoring regular repayments in compliance with the bank’s internal regulationsAnalyzes the financial capacity of clients with overdue obligations, identifies the reasons for the delays, and proposes tailored repayment terms within approved limitsWorks in close cooperation with credit risk experts, legal advisors, and customer relations specialists to prepare proposals for normal debt recovery and/or restructuring/enforcement of the debtProtects the bank from losses within the credit portfolioPrepares and analyzes reports and projects related to the management of the bank’s portfolio of non-performing exposures and proposes strategies for recovery/rescheduling of obligationsMain requirements:University degree in Finance, Business, EconomicsAt least 3 year of professional experience in banking, financial services, loan recovery or similar positions.Strong understanding of ExcelExperience with CRMFluency in EnglishExcellent organizational and time-management skillsProactive approach and attitude towards people and tasks.Our offer:Working in a dynamic international environmentProfessional growth in a motivated teamFlexible working time (from 7:30-09:00 a.m. to 16:30-18.00 p.m.)Training opportunities2 days per week home office optionSocial benefits: 25 days annual paid leave, additional health insurance, Multisport card, transportation cost amount, additional amount for summer vacation and heating season, preferential conditions for products and services in the bank and preferential fees for education at Denis Diderot School – the private school of the bankOnly short-listed candidates (selected on submitted CV) will be invited to the upcoming stages of the selection process.Your application will be treated with strict confidentiality and in compliance with the legal requirements for personal data protection.
