External QC Manager

Job DescriptionImplement Products & Process Control Plans to ensure that processes are followed & products are conforming to latest specified quality requirements for In-Process & Outgoing Subcontracted products, lumber, veneer.Document & Maintain records of Inspections & Tests as well Corrective & Preventives Actions Implementation for each Subcontractor, supplier of lumber, veneer.Collaborate with Tech, Subcontractors, lumber, veneer QC & Production Managers to ensure that all are following the same Company Standards & Specifications.Proactively help eliminating Products rejection by issuing Quality Alerts, identifying Quality issue & Isolating defective products.Together with R&D, Tech, Trading and Quality Assurance teams to establish, maintain & improve Company Quality Standards.At Subcontractors, establish regular Inline Quality Standards Refresher Meetings and short course Quality Training for Production Line leaders.Routinely audit the active use of QC inspection checklist & tools.Mentor & train Quality Control Team Members to improve & upgrade their skills.Actively take part to Continuous Improvement projects lead by team (QA, Trading, Tech) to help Subcontractors, lumber – veneer supplier improving their Overall Performance (Time, Cost & Quality) involving the necessary Company & Subcontractors Resources.Attend to Production, Inline & Resolve Customer Issues (RCI) Meetings to proactively address and/or emphasize on Quality issues & resolutions.Provide quality guidelines, share best practices & enable Quality compliance to Customer requirements.Recommend & Contribute to Products & QC Continuous Improvements.Other tasks as required by Top Management.RequirementsHardworking, honest, straight, and active behavior.Understanding of Total Quality Management & Lean with practical experience is a plus.Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality Management preferred.Excellent understanding of Indoor Luxury Furniture Quality Requirements is desired.Extensive experience in a well-established Quality control environment required.Strong analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills.Knowledge to arrangement and strong in leadership/ organization.Can work independently and under high pressure.Excellent verbal, written communication abilities; able to communicate convincingly at all levels and with all functions in English.Strong interpersonal skills, able to deal with ambiguities, conflicts and adversarial relationships.Good at team-working.Forward planner, able to inspire & motivate his/her team and beyond.Able to drive multiple tasks to completion within a fixed timeframe and in a pressured environment.Benefits– Competitive salary.– Participate in social insurance on full salary, Premium Health Insurance, 24/24 Accidence Insurance after signing labor contract.– Give a lunch at the canteen, Soft drink free, Coffee shop…– Shuttle bus for employees between HCM City and Bình Dương Province.Contact Information– Contact person: HR department– Submit directly to the company: V.F.R company – Binh Chuan 62, Binh Chuan Quarter, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province.– Email: recruitment@vfr.net.vnJob Type: Full TimeJob Location: Binh Duong
