Our client, a top-10 global sovereign wealth fund, is seeking a Human Capital professional to support recruitment and selection activities, with a particular focus on external hiring. The role involves balancing the organization’s hiring needs with efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and a strong commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end external recruitment processes, ensuring high-quality and timely hiresBuild and maintain strong candidate networks through technology, social platforms, and partnerships with search firmsNegotiate effectively with candidates, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomesPartner with external search and staffing firms to deliver against workforce plansApply assessment tools and techniques to ensure best-fit candidate selectionProvide data-driven insights and market trends to improve recruitment processesSupport implementation of modern recruitment tools and systems to enhance efficiencyRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR designation preferred)Extensive experience in Human Capital / Talent Acquisition, particularly external recruitmentStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skillsProven expertise in sourcing, workforce planning, and HR data analysisExperience in supporting nationalization or localization programs is an advantage
