The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, consulting with clients to understand their hiring needs, and effectively matching talent with suitable opportunities. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, while delivering excellent customer service to achieve business and career objectives.QualificationsExceptional Communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholdersBachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant fieldPrior recruitment, sales or business development experience is a plusProactive mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
