Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Johor Bahru for an F&B and Events Service Associate. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service in the food and beverage department, assisting in the setup and execution of events, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality culinary experiences. The role involves collaborating with the team to meet guests' needs, maintaining food service standards, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an excellent overall guest experience.
