Qualifications:NQF Level 6 Vocational qualification - As per QCTO requirements; one [1] Subject Level higher than being FacilitatedFacilitation qualifications or equivalentODETDP (Occupationally Directed Education Training Development Practices) qualification or equivalent will be an advantageQualification in/or Project ManagementMinimum Experience required: 3 - 5 years’ experience in HRD / Training and Development field3 - 5 years’ experience in Learning and Development within OBE SETA and/or NQF context3 Years proven experience related to Project Management.Minimum Job Competencies required: A workable understanding of SETA, QCTO & SAQA Understand principles of Education, Training and DevelopmentAbility to implement / apply Legislative requirements [example SDA; SDLA & OHSA]Ability to identify, quality assure and/or assess theoretical modules required  Ability to present / deliver training modules Good facilitation and presentation skills Ability to liaise with all levels throughout the Organization and/or Group High level of computer literacy Qualified & registered assessor [where/when applicable]To apply please send your cv to : careers@sdcorp.co.za
