If you're exploring opportunities for early 2026, we welcome your interest.Alphanumeric is hiring a Facilities Project Coordinator to support program and project administration for large-scale pharmaceutical site buildouts through 2026.This is a forward-looking opportunity to join a multi-site capital facilities program planned for early 2026. Alphanumeric is currently pipelining qualified candidates to ensure timely engagement once construction and commissioning activities commence.The Coordinator will oversee project planning, reporting, and documentation from concept through commissioning, ensuring transparency, consistency, and on-time delivery across multiple sites.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor project schedules, deliverables, and reporting cycles.Support cross-functional project planning, risk management, and governance documentation.Lead communication with stakeholders, ensuring project milestones and updates are met.Manage administrative, financial, and compliance documentation for assigned projects.Support CAPEX tracking, vendor onboarding, and project dashboards.Job RequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.2+ years of project coordination or project management experience (Life Sciences preferred).Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion, or other financial/project systems preferred.Join Alphanumeric in supporting a multi-billion-dollar expansion project shaping the next generation of pharmaceutical innovation.
