Only with colleagues from these structured, efficient and supportive departments, such as Human Resources, Accounting, Controlling, IT and, is it possible for us to grow beyond ourselves and achieve our goals as a company.Our Corporate Real Estate (CRE) department is responsible for all ASML buildings, infrastructure and facilities throughout their life cycle.As our Facility Management Services Specialist in our CRE Team, you will take full responsibility for managingsupplier´s deliverables in both soft and hard services across our Berlin sites in Britz and Köpenick. Your mission is to ensure efficient FM services and supplier´s accountability regarding the operational responsibility by helping the team to develop and implement effective service concepts and maintenance strategies. The role requires frequent presence onsite (minimum 60 %).Your tasksAs a Facility Management Services Specialist, You WillAssess current Integrated Facility Management service levels from the content perspective and lead process optimization initiatives, identifying improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures through innovative solutions and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency.Ensure the stakeholder map is regularly updated and establish effective communication and collaboration frameworks across all FM services.Together with the Supplier Manager and the ASML FM Team, work on the development and the introduction of the new services, including defining scope, content and implementation plans aligned with business needs.In collaboration with the FM team, Data Quality Specialist and the IFM supplier, optimize the usage of the Computer Aided Facility Management Software to ensure transparency, efficiency and seamless integration of processes.Co-design with our supplier manager and the sourcing department respective IFM sourcing strategies andwork closely with our IFM supplierto achieve FM objectives effectively.Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards for maintenance and asset management, safeguarding reliability and availability.Your QualificationsYou hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or a technical discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering).You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in Facility Management, ideally within a production or industrial environment.You have excellent German and good English, both written and spoken.You are familiar with legal requirements and standards related to Integrated Facility Management solutions, building operations, maintenance and asset management.Your skillsYou are solution-oriented and pragmatic team player, able to translate complex challenges into actionable steps.You make excellent decisions in fast-changing and complex environments, confidently managing uncertainties.You are strongly results-driven with a high sense of responsibility, ensuring accountability and delivering on commitments.You demonstrate outstanding social skills and outstanding stakeholder management capabilities.You show high organizational sensitivity and situational awareness, balancing conflicting interests while building strong networks.Further informationDiversity and inclusionASML is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
