Facility Technician

Job DescriptionPerform preventive maintenance and repair on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.Operate and maintain all HVAC systems, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management systems (BMS), and related facilities.Conduct regular facility inspections and prepare reports on operational conditions.Recommend corrective actions based on inspection findings.Review and understand operation manuals, BMS systems, fire/life safety systems, and other facility equipment.Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulatory requirements.Operate and maintain electrical equipment safely and efficiently.Provide support for after-hours building activities or emergency maintenance needs.QualificationsGraduate of a Vocational Diploma or Short Course in a related technical field.Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities maintenance.Skilled in operating Genset, HVAC, and Compressed Dry Air (CDA) systems, with knowledge of Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS).Knowledgeable in handling Compressor, MVSG, LVSG, Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHU, and FCU systems.Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams.Can follow both verbal and written technical instructions.Training Required:Facility Equipment Trouble ShootingNote: No Recruitment Fee shall be collected from the aspiring applicants.
