With over 155,000 hectares under management across Australia you will work for a significant grain producer.What lifestyle will you find on the farm?We are seeking additional support in the form of aCasual or permanent, Part-Time (three days a week) Farm Office Coordinator.The Bullarto Downs aggregation is located in the southern Mallee, Victoria, between Hopetoun and Woomelang. It is approximately 70km north of Warracknabeal. The farm covers about 10,032 arable hectares and cultivates wheat, barley, canola, and lentils. Your new manager is knowledgeable, kind, and understands the land they farm. They aim to take the farm to the next level.While our Coordination and Administration Team is spread across Australia, they work closely together. This is a hybrid role, based partly in the farm office and partly from home, three days per week. There’s flexibility to spread your hours across the week if that suits you better.We can have someone start immediately or latest in mid-January.Job DescriptionWhat does a Farm Office Coordinator at Warakirri Cropping do?You will be responsible for the safety system administrationYou will support with the casual staff and contractor onboarding and inductionsEngaging and coordinating contractors for repair and maintenance works and liaising with external real estate inspectorsInvoice processing and Accounts PayableData entry into the farm management and finance systemsArranging training and maintaining training records and documentationGeneral administration duties such as updating and printing induction booksAny other administration tasks to help meet month-end reporting requirementsPending your interest and skills, occasional assistance with shifting or operating machinery may be part of the jobQualificationsDo you recognise yourself in the following statements?You’ve worked in a similar role before OR you haven’t done this exact role yet, but you bring the right attitude and a willingness to learnYou bring basic Microsoft Office skills (word, excel, outlook)People say you easily pick up new systemsYou have a strong attention to detailYou work best in a team environment and enjoy contributing to a successful farm team and kicking goals together.People pride you on your initiative and self-motivationYou have Full Australian Working RightsAdditional InformationWhat makes Warakirri unique?A strong focus on fatigue management and work hours.
