Clintar Landscape Management is hiring Farm Tractor Operators for the 2025/2026 Winter Season. Join our dedicated ice and snow management team, focused on efficient clearing and de-icing operations. These are on-call positions, often overnight, and dependent on winter conditions. Candidates must be available on short notice, 24/7, including weekends and holidays. We service commercial, industrial, and institutional properties throughout the region.For suitable candidates, there may be opportunities for permanent employment at the end of the Winter Season.Now Hiring: Tractor Operators experienced with John Deere 6150 Compensation:$30–$40 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities & Qualifications:Must be on call and available 24/7, including weekends, Christmas, and holidaysRespond promptly to emergency snow removal calls during heavy snowfalls or severe weatherSafely operate equipment on parking lots and paved surfacesEfficiently move snow to designated areas while maintaining clean, damage-free sitesMaintain clear communication with supervisors or dispatch regarding conditions and progressAccurately read and follow site maps and route booksEnter accurate daily timesheets using the LMN mobile appPossess a working smartphone with dataWork effectively in challenging winter conditions, including cold, snow, and nighttime operationsPrevious experience operating tractors is an assetMust be able to drive STANDARDMust hold a valid, clean G-class driver’s licenseFollow all health and safety regulationsBy using this site, you acknowledge that if you are offered employment, your sole and exclusive employer is the local franchised business that hired you, not Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services.
