Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Federal Account Manager, located in Canberra. The Federal Account Manager will be responsible for managing key federal accounts, driving business development initiatives, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves creating and delivering sales presentations, executing account management strategies, and optimizing sales operations to meet organization goals. Collaboration with internal teams and customers will be a critical part of daily responsibilities. Qualifications Strong skills in Account Management, Business Development, and SalesExperience in delivering impactful Sales Presentations and driving client engagementProficiency in Sales Operations, including forecasting, reporting, and process improvementExceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-focused environmentFamiliarity with Defence and/or Cybersecurity industry sales is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
