This isn’t a maintenance role — it’s a leadership opportunity to build a national installer and partner network from the ground up, with real impact and a genuine stake in the company’s growth.You’ll report directly to the CEO and work alongside our presales technical engineers in Adelaide to craft tailored energy storage solutions for homes, businesses, and communities across Australia. Your voice will help shape our market direction, partnership strategy, and future product roadmap as we accelerate the country’s shift toward energy independence.Ampaura AustraliaAmpaura Australia is an Adelaide-based organisation and the exclusive Australian provider of Ampaura and RCT Power battery energy storage systems — powering both residential and commercial applications. Through smart design, strong partnerships, and rapid support, we’re helping installers and businesses lead Australia’s transition to cleaner, smarter power.For the right candidate, a path to equity participation through Ampaura’s Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) is available following probation — giving you the chance to grow the business and share in its success.Your Impact· Shape and expand Ampaura’s national installer and partner network, ensuring every relationship reflects our values of trust, collaboration, and shared success.· Identify and onboard new partners, electrical contractors, and energy consultants aligned with Ampaura’s mission and growth strategy.· Collaborate with presales engineers to scope and deliver commercial battery projects tailored to site and client needs.· Represent Ampaura at national trade shows, roadshows, and industry events — becoming a trusted voice for energy storage in Australia.· Provide structured market feedback that directly informs Ampaura’s global product development and R&D efforts.· Contribute to national growth strategy, network expansion plans, and marketing campaigns.· Support pre-installation assessments and major project scoping as required.Who You AreYou’re a trusted figure in the renewable or electrical industry — someone who has built relationships that last. You know how to drive commercial success through collaboration, and you’re ready for a role where your experience shapes the next phase of a fast-growing brand.You’ll thrive at Ampaura if you:Have a proven history of building and managing partner networks within the energy, solar, or electrical sectors.Understand how commercial battery and PV systems are designed, sold, and delivered.Value relationships and integrity over transactional wins.Want to work directly with a leadership team that listens, moves fast, and rewards initiative.Are motivated by influence, ownership, and the opportunity to help define a company’s national footprint.Skills & QualificationsRequired:Demonstrated success in business development, partner sales, or channel management within the renewable energy or electrical sector.Strong technical understanding of battery systems and commercial energy projects.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with technical and leadership teams.Flexibility for interstate travel and confidence representing Ampaura at industry events.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Current driver’s licence.Preferred:5+ years of experience in commercial battery or PV sales.Existing installer network within Australia’s renewable energy industry.Electrical, renewable energy, or engineering qualifications.Reporting & LocationReports directly to the CEO.Supported by presales technical engineers in Adelaide and factory R&D teams overseas.Based in Adelaide, South Australia, with national travel as required.RemunerationThe base salary for this position is $150000+ per annum plus superannuation, with a six-month probationary period.For the right candidate, participation in Ampaura Australia’s Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) will be offered following the probation period.Company CultureAt Ampaura, we believe energy independence shouldn’t be complicated.
