Founded by former National Security Agency (NSA) cyber operations experts who applied their learnings to bring national security-grade technology solutions to commercial customers around the world, Blackpoint Cyber is in hyper-growth mode, fueled by a recent $190m series C round.About The RoleBlackpoint Cyber is expanding its global footprint, and we’re hiring our first Regional Sales Director to establish and scale our GTM presence in the APAC market. This is a founding sales leadership role where you’ll own revenue, develop growth strategy, and build pipeline generation for your region.As a player-coach, you’ll lead partner acquisition and pipeline creation, run full sales cycles, represent Blackpoint at key industry events, and build deep relationships across the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem. You’ll also be responsible for shaping the regional GTM strategy and influencing product and messaging through market feedback.This is a high-impact opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader eager to build, own, and grow a region in one of cybersecurity’s most dynamic markets.What You’ll DoOwn revenue targets, partner acquisition, and growth strategy in your regionBuild a scalable, partner-led GTM motion aligned to local market dynamicsCreate and manage pipeline: from outbound prospecting to inbound follow-upRun full-cycle sales: discovery, technical collaboration, proposal, negotiation, and closeCollaborate with Solutions Engineers to lead technical validation and win evaluationsRepresent Blackpoint at events and build relationships within MSP peer groupsAlign with marketing and GTM stakeholders to drive regional campaigns and event strategyAccurately forecast revenue and pipeline using CRM toolsProvide market intelligence to influence HQ-level product, GTM, and pricing strategyWhat You’ll Bring5–10+ years in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity sales with experience working in the MSP/channel partner ecosystem Demonstrated success in building and closing pipeline; proven quota attainmentTrack record of building out a region or vertical from scratchExcellent public speaking, partner-facing, and presentation skillsBased in Australia, you will support the APAC region Willing and able to travel for events, roadshows, and partner meetings - approximtely ~ 40% Success MetricsNew ARR and Expansion ARRRegional pipeline growth and partner acquisitionQualified meeting volume and pipeline sourcedPartner-led revenue contributionCompensationBlackpoint Cyber welcomes and encourages applications from qualified individuals of all races, colors, religions, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
